Impact Support Services is looking to hire 1 full-time career specialist to join our Career Services team and is looking for the following qualifications:
- Flexibility: Willing to work varied shifts (day shifts, weekend shifts, and evening shifts)
- Dependable transportation
- Close proximity to Columbia, Missouri
As a career specialist, you'll work directly with individuals supporting them for, preparing for, obtaining, maintaining, and advancing in competitive employment. Career specialists also:
- Facilitate and complete person-centered career planning in a thorough and timely manner.
- Work directly with job seekers to develop a person-centered plan
- Communicate effectively and maintain documentation.
- Assist individuals with onboarding and training at employment sites, to promote employment retention and progression.
What You Need:
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Valid driver's license & auto insurance
- Ability to pass background and driving checks
- Strong written communication and reliability
