Impact Support Services is a dedicated non-profit agency serving individuals with developmental disabilities in Boone County. We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Director of Day and Youth Services to lead our day and youth services.
The Director is responsible for the planning, implementation, and oversight of day programs designed to support individuals in achieving greater independence, community involvement, and personal growth. This role includes ensuring that services meet the highest standards of quality, person-centered care, and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
You'll lead a dedicated team in delivering meaningful daily activities that promote life skills, social interaction, and community inclusion. In addition to overseeing day-to-day activities, the /director manages budgets, monitors outcomes, ensures proper documentation for funding and compliance, and fosters strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders. This leadership position requires a balance of strategic vision, hands-on program management, and a deep commitment to enhancing the quality of life for people with developmental disabilities.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, education, or related field required
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of five years in administrative or management roles within the human services field
Licensing & Requirements:
- Valid Missouri class E driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to pass background and driving record checks
