At ITS, we provide nationwide on-site health screenings and wellness solutions to businesses. We are looking for experienced Bilingual Registration Staff to join our team in conducting health screenings and wellness events nationwide.
Job Description:
We are seeking Bilingual Registration Staff to support our health screening events by assisting participants with check-in, consent forms, and general event navigation. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish (or another requested language) and comfortable providing clear, professional communication to ensure a smooth and efficient screening process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in participants at the event registration area.
- Assist with consent form completion, providing verbal translations as needed.
- Answer general participant questions regarding the screening process.
- Work closely with Health Screening Specialists (HSS) to ensure seamless event flow.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling participant information.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other requested languages, such as Haitian Creole, French, Mandarin, etc.).
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or event registration preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
- Comfortable using translation devices, if applicable (training provided).
