We are seeking a dedicated Health Screening Specialist to conduct skin cancer screenings at various business worksites around the state of Arizona. As a vital member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in early detection and prevention efforts against skin cancer.
This Role requires proficiency in following prompted steps to capture images on a IPad to be reviewed by an expert dermatologist.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct skin cancer screenings at designated business worksites.
- Follow prompted steps to capture high-quality pictures of skin abnormalities using an iPad or similar device.
- Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for conducting screenings.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of the screening process to participants.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of screening activities.
- Collaborate effectively with onsite personnel to ensure smooth operation of screening events.
- Adhere to privacy and confidentiality regulations in handling participant information.
Qualifications:
- Medical credentials preferred including but not limited to: (CNA, CPT, LVN, LPN, MA, EMT, Med Tech, Nurse Assistant, PHLEB etc.)
- Minimum of 1 year in a healthcare setting or similar
- Experience in conducting onsite health screenings.
- Proficiency in using technology, mobile devices, specifically iPads or similar devices, for capturing images.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
