Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Improvement Specialist is to create metrics and use process mapping/value stream mapping to design, implement, and monitor continuous improvement projects across all systems, processes, and data managed and/or supported by IT. They will be advocates of quality across the organization, aligning improvement efforts to enterprise strategy; coaching quality improvement specialists and members of IT assigned to quality improvement projects, ensuring successful reduction of defects and maximization of product and service quality.
Required:
- ServiceNow reporting and analytics experience pulling data, creating dashboards, creating widgets and indicators in Performance Analytics.
- Metrics and analytics on operations.
- Analyzing that data and presenting with recommendations and observations.
- ServiceNow reporting and analytics. Ability to pull data, create dashboards and widgets in addition to building indicators in Performance Analytics is needed.
- Experience with Value stream mapping is important as well.
