We are a Growing Appraisal Firm with an Immediate Opening for an Assistant to help provide Business Development and Admin support.

The Business Development / Admin Assistant provides support to our office operations. This is an important role as the selected individual will be a critical piece to both our office staff and to our appraisers in the field. The individual will perform a wide variety of routine administrative tasks. Enjoy working alongside a friendly staff as you answer and make phone calls, assist with business development tasks, assist in recruiting, write and respond to emails, plan and schedule appointments, input data into excel spreadsheets and other programs, and perform a variety of administrative tasks. The candidate selected will represent the company daily through interactions with clients, realtors, banks, appraisers, lenders, appraisal management companies, homeowners, and other employees. Work expectations are normal business hours 8 : 00-5 : 00 Monday through Friday. This is a not a remote work position and will be officed at our location in Herriman, Utah.

Pay : 18-$20 an hour

Qualifications and Required Competencies :

  • 1 Year of Previous Experience in Sales or as an Admin Assistant
  • Exceptional Phone Communication Skills are a MUST!
  • Exceptional Organization Skills
  • Extraordinary Attention to Detail
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Able to Work Productively and Cooperatively with Other Employee
  • Ability to Work in Fast Paced Environment that Embraces Technology
  • Proficiency with Computers, Microsoft 365, and other Business-Related Programs
  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision
  • Minimum High School Diploma / GED
  • Salary : $18 - $20
