In this role, you will help establish and maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and data integrity.

Cycle Counter openings for each shift below.

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00pm-6:30am.
• 3rd Shift Differential: $1.50, per hour

Essential Job Duties:

• Request and print required reports to perform cycle counts.
• Accurately perform cycle counts based on daily schedule.
• Perform audits and identify items that require recount due to variance.
• Reconcile inventory variances in required systems.
• Recount items for other team members.
• Perform bin audits as assigned and correct inventory errors as they occur.
• Operate various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Audit counts and determine items that require recounts.
• Identify item variances requiring recounts based on company policy and request counts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior inventory counting experience in distribution environment preferred.
• Familiarity with distribution center inventory management systems.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

• Ability to follow established work instructions.
• Basic math skills with strong attention to detail.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as order pickers (cherry picker), stand up (high reach) forklift or any other equipment as necessary.
• Knowledge of warehousing and distribution center operations.
• Ability to work a normal shift and overtime, as required.
• Physical demands of job-related duties including, but not limited to:
• Frequent lifting or moving of boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Perform duties at heights not to exceed 35’.
• Good vision skills to read and interpret various sized product markings.
