We are currently looking for an IT Specialist to join our team at our home office located in Griffin, GA (hybrid schedule available after 90-day probationary period). As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure operations of hardware, software, networks, and systems. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing support to staff, and implementing IT solutions to improve overall business operations.
To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional customer service skills, be analytical and detail oriented, have strong organizational skills, and be able to work in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist in setting up laptops, desktops, and other devices for new hires. Virtually assist with remote employee workstations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems, applications, and procedures as needed.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics)
- Ability to work with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Python, R)
- Understanding of software installation, configuration, and updates
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Proficiency in using ticketing and issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk)
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Familiarity with database management and SQL queries
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field/related experience in lieu of degree
- 5 years’ experience as an IT Specialist
- CompTIA A Certification
- Working knowledge of HRIS/T&A/ATS/VMS systems
