Position Overview: We are seeking a curious, talented and detail-oriented Medical Copywriter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create compelling and scientifically accurate content for live HCP events, including medical congresses, symposiums, and workshops. Your expertise will play a vital role in delivering educational and impactful experiences that resonate with healthcare audiences.

Typical Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality written content for various formats, including interactive media, video, presentations and wayfinding, tailored to HCP needs and aligned with specific therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate on concepts for compelling, educational HCP experiences
• Transform complex scientific information into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate materials that highlight key messages and therapeutic innovations.
• Ensure copy meets high standards of clarity, coherence, and adherence to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging medical research, and evolving standards in medical communication to inform content strategy.
• Assist in the development of educational materials and tools that enhance audience engagement and retention during live events.
• Help with referencing for MLR submissions
• Support the measurement of content effectiveness through feedback and analytics, proposing adjustments to improve audience impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Communications, English, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus (e.g., PharmD, MD)
• 3 years of experience in medical writing or copywriting, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.
• Curiosity and flexibility – we’re creating innovative new experiences all the time – how can you apply your understanding of the science to these projects?
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical data, and HCP engagement strategies.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Experience with live event content creation, virtual meetings, or audience engagement strategies is a plus.
