We aim to remove barriers and streamline support for underserved communities, fostering a network of connection and empowerment.
Position Overview
As a Senior Content Developer, you will be the creative force behind how we share our mission and impact. Through writing, graphic design, and multimedia content, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the public narrative around IMPACT405 and its various initiatives. Your work will help raise awareness, engage the community, and inspire action across our digital platforms, including our website and social media channels.
In this role, you will collaborate with team members to create engaging and informative content that highlights our programs, resources, and success stories. By ensuring that all communications align with our mission and goals, your contributions will significantly enhance the visibility and reach of IMPACT405’s efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation : Develop written, visual, and multimedia content for the IMPACT405 website, social media platforms, newsletters, and other communication channels.
- Graphic Design : Collaborate on design projects that showcase our initiatives, creating compelling visuals that align with the organization’s brand and mission.
- Social Media Management : Assist in creating engaging posts, stories, and campaigns to increase awareness, interaction, and help grow our social media presence across all platforms.
- Storytelling : Craft impactful stories and case studies that highlight the successes of our programs and the lives we’re helping to change.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the CEO and the Leadership Team to ensure all content is mission-aligned and effectively communicates the impact of our work.
- Editing & Proofreading : Review and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational messaging.
- Digital Engagement : Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across digital platforms, fostering community engagement.
