Are you Passionate about Women’s Health? Be part of a Hybrid Account Manager Team promoting Women's Health - Emergency Contraception.
In this Part-Time role, you will act as the primary customer contact within an assigned territory by creating demand and executing sales & marketing strategies in the promotion of Emergency Contraceptive Prescription. You’ll be calling on Public Health Clinics, Planned Parenthood, Hospital Systems 340B, as well as College and University Student Health Clinics. The Hybrid Account Manager will spend the majority of their time utilizing telephone and virtual interactions while also making some in–person calls on specific accounts.
We’re looking for experienced Hybrid Account Managers who have a combination of successful field and virtual selling, high energy, flexibility to travel, possess strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset with proven sales ability. Key Responsibilities
- Promote the Client product via calls and virtual meetings with prescribers and their staff.
- Utilizes knowledge, critical thinking, and dialogue skills to deliver meaningful customer experiences that result in satisfaction and loyalty.
- Anticipates, identifies, and appropriately addresses HCP and account objections, questions, and concerns, utilizing all appropriate resources and information, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Host virtual meetings to educate accounts on product usage and patient profiles.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets while efficiently managing administrative tasks.
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM system per company policy.
- Remain compliant with all company & FDA regulations and policies.
- Travels to attend conferences and meet with accounts as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience calling on the Public Health space or similar non-profit organizations.
- Account Management experience in planned parenthood, public health, and university student health centers preferred.
- Proven pharma sales success with strong documentation of achievements.
- Women’s Health sales experience is preferred, and Buy & Bill experience is a plus.
- Experience with the set-up logistics and attendance of conferences a plus.
- Skilled in using phone and video technologies to build relationships.
- Ability for 5-10% overnight travel to manage territory and / or attend conferences.
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
