Job Title: Male Behavior Support Specialist

Job Location: Lexington, KY

Position Type: Part or Full Time

· Behavior Support Services are performed under the guidelines of the Supports for Community Living and Michelle P waivers.

· Behavior Support Specialists work one-on-one with the participant as well as their care team to help developmentally and intellectually disabled individuals work towards achieving their individual goals & objectives

· Part-time contract work and flexible scheduling available

· Potential for a full-time industry competitive salaried position with benefits (insurance, vacation and holiday pay).

Qualifications and Skills

· Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred -OR- have a Master’s Degree with formal graduate course work in a Behavioral Science -AND- 1 yr. experience in Behavior Programming

· Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, current car insurance, ability to pass a drug test, and access to internet to submit documentation is also required

Pay: $110.00 - $120.00 per hour
