POSITION SUMMARY
The Account Executive actively promotes Impact Office Technologies (IOT), identifies and develops business relationships, identifies and cultivates prospects, and seamlessly transitions business connections into sales.
POSITION EXPECTATIONS
- Ability to learn and implement the IOT sales process
- Actively develop a strong sales pipeline utilizing Zoom info, industry specific tools, networking, and working closely with our sales team
- Effectively qualifies customer needs in order to customize our solution and pricing
- Creates and presents sales proposals including technology recommendations, pricing and cost justifications
- Develops and maintains familiarity with all sales tools, including case studies and project presentations
- Develops and maintains familiarity with product lines and company services
- Understands and communicates company advantages, including Canon and HP solutions, IOT servicing expertise, and the IOT Advantage
- Secures revenue, meeting or exceeding monthly quota targets
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education, Certifications and /or Licenses:
- Bachelors degree preferred
Experience:
- 2 years sales experience preferred
- Experience selling office technology is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge/Skills:
- Proficiency with PCs and basic computer software, including MS Office Suite
- Proficiency with basic business math skills
- Ability to interact with business representatives and negotiate contracts
- Ability to navigate complex sales intricacies and challenges
- Ability to deliver presentations effectively and professionally
- Ability to assess and manage available resources for successful project completion
- Ability to develop and maintain a working knowledge of industry-specifics (e.g., furniture lines, terminology, price points, etc.)
- Understanding of architecture and construction preferred
- Ability to develop and maintain skills in reading and understanding floor plans and technical drawings
- Excellent presentation, listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team; willingness to roll up sleeves and help the team
- Motivation to learn, grow, self-direct, and be proactive

COMPENSATION
- Salary range: 45K-75K
- Sales commission: percentage-based, paid on a monthly basis
