We are seeking an Associate Attorney for our clients growing Marietta, GA office with 2-5 years of civil litigation experience. The responsibilities of this position include drafting, writing, researching and effective communication with clients as well as moving cases through the litigation process in accordance with court and client mandated deadlines. This position will have significant "first chair" opportunities.
Minimum requirements :
- 2-5 years of litigation experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
