Job Title : Full-Stack Engineer (Front-End Focus)

About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing tech company, is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with a strong front-end focus to join their dynamic team. If you thrive in 0-1 product development, have a passion for building, and enjoy working in fast-paced environments, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build interactive, responsive user interfaces using React and modern front-end tools.
  • Collaborate with designers to implement high-fidelity mockups.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Occasionally contribute to back-end development (Node.js, Python).

What We’re Looking For

  • Education : Ivy League / Stanford / MIT / CMU (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience : 2–5 years in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Strong expertise in React , HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6 ).
  • Design sensibility with experience in Figma , Sketch , or Adobe tools.
  • Bonus : Back-end experience and knowledge of TypeScript or state management tools (Redux).

  • Salary : $120,000–$150,000 equity.
