A well-funded ($25M) FinTech start-up building a highly secure B2B payment verification platform to combat fraud and deep fakes. Investing in AI-driven automation to optimize internal systems, streamline operations, and enhance decision-making across the company.
The Role
This is not a manual QA role—it’s an engineering role focused on automating internal systems using AI-powered solutions. You’ll design and implement automation frameworks for workflows, dashboards, sales funnels, and internal operations, leveraging AI and machine learning to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
What You’ll Do
- Develop AI-driven automation solutions for internal workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Use AI and machine learning to optimize decision-making in operations, sales, and engineering processes.
- Build intelligent monitoring and alerting systems to surface insights and detect anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales) to identify inefficiencies and automate solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in automation engineering, AI-driven QA, or software engineering.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Python (or similar scripting languages).
- Familiarity with AI/ML techniques for process automation and anomaly detection.
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
