I'm partnered with an AI startup who are looking to add a Lead AI Engineer to the team. Having just raised a seed round they are looking for someone to lead this division as the company scales, managing hiring and being the go to person for anything AI.
They're building an AI model that can assess buildings against their susceptibility to risk disaster and are working with some of the largest insurance companies in the US.
Both founders have PhD's from Stanford.
Expertise : LLMs (Multimodal), RAG and Knowledge Graphs (desired).
Compensation : Up to $275k Up to 3% equity.
3 stage interview process.
Salary : $275,000
