As a Solution Engineer, you will be a critical bridge between our sales and product teams and our enterprise automotive customers. You will leverage your technical expertise and understanding of the technology frameworks, the automotive industry, Impel’s platform, products, and services to demonstrate the value of our AI SaaS platform, tailor solutions to meet specific client needs, and ensure successful implementations. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building long-term customer relationships.

- Act as the technical subject matter expert during the sales cycle, providing in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to enterprise automotive clients.
- Understand and articulate the technical value proposition of our AI SaaS platform, aligning it with the customer's business objectives.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop customized solutions that address specific client challenges within the automotive vertical.
- Respond to technical inquiries and RFPs/RFIs, providing accurate and timely information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical decision-makers at enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and document tailored solutions for enterprise clients.
- Assist in the development of proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot programs to demonstrate the effectiveness of our AI solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration with existing customer systems.
- Work with customer IT teams to address technical challenges and ensure successful deployments.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, providing ongoing technical support and guidance.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest AI technologies and automotive industry trends.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to customer teams.
- Develop and maintain technical sales collateral, including presentations, demos, and white papers.
- Provide technical training to the sales team, enabling them to effectively communicate the value of our AI solutions.
- Participate in industry events and conferences, representing the company and showcasing our AI platform.
