Imperative Chemical Partners has an immediate opening for an Account Manager in the Hobbs, NM area. SUMMARY : The Account manager is responsible for collaboratively working with experienced field personnel to develop and provide custom chemical solutions for increased productivity and to improve customer relationships. The Account manager is required to have thorough knowledge of specialty chemical products for use in oil and gas operations. This position may also perform chemical treatment of oil wells, minor troubleshooting, and maintenance of wells. JOB DUTIES : Oversee and / or participatein day-to-day operations to ensure chemical treatment of wells according to schedulesProvide excellent customer service while interacting with customers and other filed personnel to answer questions and resolve issues, obtain operational data and design or alter chemical treatment programsPossess comprehensive knowledge of specialty chemical products, applications, oil and gas well equipmentand the impact of chemical treatmentMonitor inventory records for accuracy and timelinessResolve inventory discrepancies to support customer billing functionBuild, maintain, and present customer operational reports including program recap, operational costs, and failure analysis; represent the company in customer meetings or eventsMaintain awareness for further sales opportunities and coordinate with appropriate personnelMentor junior company associates and communicate with supervisor on progressSupport manager in completion of operational reportingUnderstand and follow allDOT regulations related to positionOther duties may be assigned This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
