The Night Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Night Manager and supervising the warehouse team members to ensure that all functions are performed efficiently within company and distribution center standards.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 pm CST until finish.

Responsibilities
You will:
Plan, manage and coordinate the daily activities for the warehouse within shipping operations
Effectively forecast volume, staffing, and supply needs to meet productivity and expense budgets
Supervises warehouse activities using proper training, accuracy systems and programs
Controls production standards as well as meet projections for labor expenses
Coordinates functions between shifts to effectively complete the workload
Walks all areas of the warehouse to ensure building conditions are maintained and comply with Company standards, associates are working safely, potential safety hazards are identified and addressed, and potential damage is identified and corrected
Plans and assigns work for most efficient use of personnel and equipment
Develops and maintains good working relationships with all warehouse personnel
Assists in the preparation and administration of department budget
Maintains daily production and accuracy records
Maintains company policies and contractual agreements
Develop productive associates through training, and coaching, to achieve company goals and objectives
Develops and maintain good working relationship with all departments within supply chain
Performs other duties as assigned, to include special projects
Qualifications
You have:
3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the distribution industry
A working knowledge of government regulations regarding warehouse operations
Strong leadership and engagement skills
Experience implementing process improvements
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Salary : $39,000 - $58,000
