*Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, AND alternating Saturdays with day off during the week when working a Saturday schedule
*Starting hourly rate is dependent upon experience
*Position also includes commissions, paid weekly
We’re a growing dealership auto group in search of a highly motivated, goal oriented individual to join our team as a Service Business Development Center (BDC) member. Must possess great phone and written skills, have a friendly demeanor, be self-motivated, and able to work independently. Automotive knowledge a plus but not required. Responsibilities of the Service BDC position:
- Answering and scheduling incoming customer service appointment requests. Requests will be made via websites and incoming phone calls.
- Schedule the first oil change appointment for vehicles sold by the dealership.
- Contact customers who missed a scheduled service appointment to reschedule.
- Follow up on manufacturer special offers.
- Proactively contact customers about vehicle recalls.
- Responsible for tracking and meeting manufacture dealership and district goals for service retention / loyalty.
- Assist with cashing out customers when needed.
Qualifications for the Service BDC position:
- Team Player that likes group environment but is also driven to individually succeed
- Great Attitude and customer service skills
- Bilingual candidates preferred
- Automotive Sales and/or BDC Experience (Preferred but not required)
- Call Center experience helpful
- Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Able to handle a high volume of calls while providing quality service to each caller
- Basic Computer skills needed
