This individual will ensure that all training materials, sessions, and resources are accessible in both English and Spanish to support our bilingual employee base. The successful candidate will be a proactive, organized, and adaptable professional with a passion for employee development and creating inclusive learning experiences. Strong technical ability is a must.

Key Responsibilities
- Training Program Management: Implement training programs and materials in both English and Spanish to meet the needs of employees at various levels across the organization.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on training program performance, participation rates, and feedback to management, using both English and Spanish as necessary to ensure clarity for all stakeholders.
- Language Support: Provide bilingual support during training sessions, ensuring all employees understand the materials and can engage in the learning process effectively.
- Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to assess the training needs of employees and develop tailored learning solutions to address skill gaps.
- Facilitation: Lead training sessions (virtual and in-person) for employees, ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning environment for both English and Spanish speakers.
- Program Evaluation: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback from participants, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Resource Management: Maintain a library of training materials, resources, and guides in both languages to ensure consistency and easy access.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive learning culture and encourage employees to take ownership of their professional development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a bilingual or multicultural setting.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex information in an engaging and clear manner.
- Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with using learning management systems (LMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual training tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt training materials to meet the diverse learning needs of employees in a dynamic work environment.
- Certification in Training and Development or related field.
- Experience with eLearning and HRIS platforms.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Bilingual fluency in additional languages is a plus.
