Our Tulsa location is looking for an Assistant Manager to help manage and guide our Vending Department.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Manage the daily Merchandising, Quality Controls, and Special Projects
- Coach, train and team build
- Access and identify business needs and conduct customer analysis to determine customer requirements, determine the impact of products/services on customer
- Identify which products, services and features to promote to current customers
- Work to understand the customers’ business and align account strategies to customer goals
- Accountability for individual success within a team environment
- Innate ability to seek out new ideas, exhibit initiative, and operate in a manner that is both creative and proactive
- Use information technology to forward market planning and maximize market growth
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety are being met
- Respond to customer complaints and comments
- Create and implement merchandise markets, display plans, and promotions
- Manage time and deadlines
- Work independently and have World Class Customer service and interaction with our customers and clients
- Run Relief Route, Drive company vehicle, Deliver product (pop, snack, pastry, sandwich, etc.), Lift and load product (50 pounds) on & off the vehicle both with and without assistance, Walk, Sit, Bend at waist and knees, overhead reaching, stooping, stairs, driving

- Vending or similar industry knowledge a plus

- Current Valid Driver's License and safe driving history

- Willingness to travel every day to and from customer site in all-weather elements, driving a company vehicle

- Safe driving record deemed by insurance carrier, valid license,
- Travel every day to and from the client/customer site, driving a company vehicle in all weather elements.
Salary : $3,000 - $3,500
