Inbound Call Representative
This role will create service calls for dispatch and execute great service for customers or employees on the phone or in person. If you are excited about being friendly, organized, and never bored, keep reading for the details.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Answer multi-line phones and take information or direct calls as appropriate
- Create service calls/texts for dispatch
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them in a professional & helpful way
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication
Pay:
- $16 to $18 per hour
- Eligible for bonuses & full-time benefits, including Health, Dental, Life, 401k, Holidays, Sick days, and Vacation
Hours:
- Mon - Fri, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a 1 hour lunch period
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- Possess the ability to multi-task & to work independently
- Computer aptitude required; proficient in Windows operating system and Microsoft Office
- Strong time management skills
- Able to work effectively with a wide range of individuals and personalities
- Organized & detail-oriented
- Flexible, willing to help where needed
