Credit & Collections Analyst

Imperial Dade is looking to fill a Credit and Collections role to manage a high volume number of customer accounts in Hialeah , Florida! Join a strong and continuously evolving group, helping to continue to grow our business.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Manage a high volume portfolio of B2B customer accounts, ensuring timely payment and minimizing delinquency
• Research billing discrepancies
• Partner with other departments to resolve any issues
• Review accounts for new customers
• Build rapport with internal groups
• Communicate with individual customers independently
• Proactively create and implement payment schedule for accounts
• Reconcile accounts with full documentation
  
  

Qualifications

You have:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years minimum billing & collections experience
• Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts effectively.
• Strong understanding of credit and collections principles and techniques.
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
