Imperial Dade is looking for a Credit and Collections Specialist to join our team. Join a strong and continuously evolving group, helping to continue to grow our business.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities
You will:
- Research billing discrepancies
- Partner with other departments to resolve any issues
- Review accounts for new customers,
- Build rapport with internal groups,
- Communicate with individual customers independently
- Proactively create and implement payment schedule for accounts
- Reconcile accounts with full documentation
Qualifications
You have:
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
- 1-2 years minimum billing & collections experience
