The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 3:00 am to finish.

Responsibilities
You will:
- Dispatch and communicate effectively with drivers
- Collaborate with management to modify routes in order to accommodate the customers’ needs
- Load a limited amount of trucks for various reasons, including outside carriers and equipment breakdowns.
- Monitor routes using OMNITRACS AND GEOTABS and react to drivers running behind
- Responsible for the scheduling of equipment for service
- Communicate with outside vendors to expedite service to disabled vehicles
- Work in a team environment
- Work efficiently in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
- Distribute and update driver’s phones when needed
- Maintain equipment inventory reports
- View and corrects drivers logs daily
- Any other duties assigned by managemen
Qualifications
You have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excell and Outlook
- 1 years of Dispatching experience
- Knowledge of logistics
- Knowledge of Omnitracs (Roadnet)and Geotabs a plus
