The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 6:00 am until 2:30 pm, with overtime and slight changes in schedule due to operational needs.

Responsibilities
You will:
- Creates and manages Driver Qualification (DQ) files
- Manages Department of Transportation (DOT) audits
- Establish delivery routes that are cost-effective and compliant with Federal DOT guidelines
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards, quality, and satisfaction.
- Utilize Roadnet application to ensure delivery costs are held to company-expected run rates
- Optimize routing schedules while strongly emphasizing driver safety.
- Cultivate excellent relationships with the drivers and customers
- Monitor sudden route changes or road construction to establish new routes to maintain timely deliveries
Qualifications
You have:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 2 years of distribution, logistics, transportation, or related work experience
- Ability to create, manage, and calculate routes
- Experience with DQ file compliance
- Knowledge of the LOCAL AREA
- Proficiency in Excel and Word and experience with RoadNet is a plus
- Safe Drive experience is a plus
- CDL A is a plus
