What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Imperial Design Personnel?
Seeking a full time Office Manager for our facility here in Jenison. Hours are somewhat flexible but normal working hours are 8-4 or 9-5 p.m. Job will entail:
-Preparing invoices and billing customers
-Preparing bank deposits
-Generating internal and external reports including monthly financial statements, accounts receivables aging reports etc.
-Processing vendor payments
-Handle vendor communications
-Audit incoming invoices for appropriated coding and authorizations
-Review credit card expense reports
-Assist with preparing 1099's
-Assist in reconciliationof all bendefit deduction statements with payroll and pre-process reports
-Assist in reconciling monthly benefits bills
-Ensure accurate information for current and new employees is reflected in payroll database
-Respond to EDD earnings verifications/audit requests
-Assist in benefits administration including processing new hires
-Maintain I-9 files
Should have a knowledge of:
-State of Michigan and IRS regulations
-Microsoft word programs
-Quickbooks
