The ideal candidate is an active team player with the ability to supervise and coordinate a team of electricians and ensure the successful completion of electrical projects. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent critical thinking skills, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to lead and motivate a team to complete projects on time and within budget.
Salary and Benefits:.
- Salary range negotiated dependent upon skill and experience
- 40 Hours paid vacation earned after the first year. 80-hours paid vacation after 5 years.

Electrical Foreman Requirements and Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in electrical installation and wiring
- Valid state issued journeyman electrician license
- Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Working knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
- Able to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Experienced with common business computer applications including, but not limited to: Microsoft 365 applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
