JOB OVERVIEW
Event Staff members are tasked with providing excellent customer service in all that they do for our events. Working in various non-security roles, Event Staff members support our event clients with various jobs throughout the event.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Event Staff members may be asked to perform several essential functions at their assigned location. The list below is not meant to be an exhaustive list of essential functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Event Staff members may be asked to perform several essential functions at their assigned location. The list below is not meant to be an exhaustive list of essential functions.
- Greet and interact with guests in an upbeat, friendly, and personable manner
- Stand at assigned post and maintain a high level of customer service to each guest you interact with
- Assist guests and client representatives as needed
- Perform one of several guest services tasks such as:
- Scan event tickets
- Issue wristbands
- Stamp hands for re-entry
- Distribute pamphlets, giveaways, or other materials
- Utilize various types of technology to maintain guest counts
- Manage lost & found functions
- Report any incidents or issues of which you become aware
- Provide outstanding customer service to everyone you come into contact with during each and every shift
- Be able to properly wear the assigned company uniform

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- When hiring for this position, we are typically focused on a specific event - candidates must be available for that specific event, however, this position is still a permanent position
- Be able to work a "reserve" or "on-call" schedule, obtaining a work schedule as our event schedule allows Note: This position is contingent on the work days listed in the beginning of this document.
- Must be able to stand for an entire shift (in some cases, up to 12 hours).
