Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Manage calendars for team members, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate employee compensation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external vendors to maintain strong relationships.
- Assist in team management by coordinating schedules and facilitating communication within the office.
- Handle vendor management tasks, including negotiating contracts and maintaining supplier relationships.
- Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development initiatives.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong front desk management skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in phone systems and calendar management tools.
- Familiarity with payroll processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Experience in vendor management is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
