About the Role:
The Golf Ranger plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all golfers on the course. This position involves monitoring the pace of play, providing assistance to players, and maintaining the overall integrity of the golf course. The Golf Ranger is responsible for enforcing course rules and regulations while promoting a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. By effectively communicating with golfers and addressing any concerns, the Ranger helps to create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Ultimately, the Golf Ranger contributes to the reputation of the golf course as a premier destination for both casual and serious golfers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the golf or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of golf rules and etiquette.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the pace of play and ensure that all groups are adhering to the established time guidelines.
