The Peter Millar Licensing Company, a Division of Imperial, is a leading premium apparel brand, and is seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage customer accounts, support outside sales representatives, and drive excellent client experiences. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless order processing, customer satisfaction, and sales support. The CSR will serve as a critical liaison between sales, customers, and internal departments.

What You’ll be Doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Manage customer orders from initiation to fulfillment, tracking progress and proactively resolving any issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring account retention.
- Support outside sales representatives by facilitating order processing, providing product information, and assisting with customer inquiries.
- Interpret and apply knowledge of color patterns, accessory styles, and other product details to customer orders.
- Ensure a high level of professionalism when handling client requests, inquiries, and problem resolution.
- Understand account trademarks and registration processes to guide customers effectively.
- Work closely with the art department to proof designs and ensure accuracy in custom orders.
- Communicate with customers across multiple email systems and platforms.
- Utilize digital tools, websites, and CRM systems to manage customer interactions and order processing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of customer service operations.
What We Need
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in customer service
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
- Capable of addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting order issues, and escalating challenges as needed.
- Experience in the apparel, promotional products, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
