Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care, ensuring safety, and promoting independence.
Duties
- Provide compassionate care and assistance to clients in daily living activities.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing as required.
- Monitor patients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Support clients in social activities and community engagement.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or long-term care settings is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of autism support strategies is a plus.
- Familiarity with developing and following care plans is beneficial.
- Certification in CPR is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to perform patient monitoring tasks with attention to detail.
- Willingness to assist with household tasks such as cooking and cleaning as needed.
- Must possess a caring attitude, patience, and empathy towards clients.
