GENERAL SUMMARY:
We are seeking an ambitious, energetic, and self-motivated Account Executive to join our team. This person is a field sales professional who travels to meet with prospects and customers.
The Account Executive will undertake a variety of responsibilities to grow and support the business.
In this position, you will be responsible for generating leads, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our products and services to potential customers. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, with superior people skills and strong negotiation abilities. They should be comfortable presenting products or services to potential customers and capable of driving business growth and reaching sales targets.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue potential leads and convert them into customers.
- Travel to different locations to meet potential clients and demonstrate products/services.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach sales targets.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to build relationships with potential clients.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Understand client needs and identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Develop and present customized proposals to clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals within schedule.
- Collaborate with sales team and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
- Analyze the territory/market potential, track sales, and status reports.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Regularly communicate with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Proactively identify and address client concerns and challenges.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Account Management:
- Manage the entire client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary, including Dealer Program Tier Levels and Discounts.
- Prepare and deliver client reports detailing account activity and performance.
- Manage the Ordering Process from developing Customers through placing a Purchase Order in the ERP System.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Over 5 years of field sales management experience
- Willingness to travel regionally and nationally (30-50%)

- Customer-centric approach with a focus on relationship building.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize & manage time effectively.

- Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite of software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to handle data and information with a high level of confidentiality and decorum.
SCHEDULE:
- Full Time Work: Minimum of 40-hour work week - Monday through Friday
- Possible Saturday (or weekday overtime), if demand requires.
- Work Office Location: Millbrook, AL 36054: Reliably commute before starting work (Required)
- Travel Requirements: regionally and nationally 30-50% of the time.

COMPENSATION:
- Base Salary: $60,000- $70,000 depending on Experience plus a lucrative commission plan
- This position can easily be 6-figures.
Risk/Safety Conditions: General safety knowledge and awareness both in the office and throughout the production floor. All team members must follow the company safety rules and policies.
Essential Physical/Mental Activities: Sitting for extended periods of time. Moderate standing and walking around the facility to coordinate activities and/or meetings, ability to lift 40 pounds, stooping, and crouching. Moderate Stress level due to fast pace of daily work activities. Travel required for business development, growth, and client meetings.
