JOB SUMMARY:
The Account Executive plays a critical role in building and maintaining strong, profitable relationships with program entities, ensuring they recognize the value of our premium finance services. This role is responsible for driving organic growth and achieving profitability goals within an assigned book of business.
In collaboration with Regional Management and the assigned Sales Executive, the Account Executive will develop and implement strategic initiatives to strengthen existing client relationships while identifying opportunities for new business growth. Success in this role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of company loan documentation and state premium finance regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive growth and profitability by meeting premium volume, loan unit, program entity expansion, and financial performance targets.
Proactively follow up on quotes in the AEA queue to maximize new opportunities and retention; provide backup support for absent AEs as needed.
- Provide premium finance quotes within company guidelines, including credit analysis and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to develop and pursue new prospects, tracking activities in Salesforce.
- Strategize with Sales Executives to expand business opportunities within program entities.
- Maintain detailed client records in Salesforce, documenting key interactions and developments.
- Analyze agency variances and coordinate with Sales Executives and Regional Managers on necessary adjustments or actions.
- Stay informed on customer-facing tools and provide training on features such as our website, eForms, email reports, payment options, and TotalPay.
- Maintain regular communication with Sales Executives and Regional Managers to review progress, strategize growth, and address potential risks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and thoroughly to all inquiries.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of required documentation for booking.
- Strengthen client relationships through in-person visits, either independently or alongside Sales Executives.
- Participate in CE Credit Classes, trade shows, and local events to enhance market presence and professional knowledge.
- Stay updated on IPFS Best Practices and procedural changes to ensure compliance.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
College graduate or equivalent experience
The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $66,000. If an offer is made, the pay rate determinations will take into account relevant market data and the applicant’s prior experience, education and other qualifications directly related to the position to ensure internal equity. For entry-level candidates with less than two years of experience, the Associate Account Executive role would be aligned and appropriate compensation offered.
