What You'll Do:
As a key member of our team, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Processing sales orders and generating quotes for pool and spa products.
- Preparing invoices and delivery paperwork.
- Handling HazMat documentation (we'll train you!).
- Managing returns (RMAs).
- Supporting general office tasks and filing.
- Answering and directing incoming calls.
- Collaborating with other branches and corporate offices.
What You'll Bring:
While experience in the pool and spa industry is a definite plus (and will be rewarded with competitive compensation!), it's not required. We're eager to train motivated individuals who possess:
- 2 years of experience in retail or distribution sales is a plus.
- 1 year of general office experience is a plus.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation to our Simpsonville branch is required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Dependability and punctuality, with a willingness to work 40 hours per week.
