What You'll Do:
- Efficient Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull and stage outbound orders using pick tickets, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts.
- Seamless Freight Handling: Unload inbound freight from common carriers and transfer trucks, ensuring smooth receiving processes.
- Precise Loading & Verification: Load delivery trucks with outbound orders and meticulously verify the accuracy of both inbound and outbound shipments.
- Organized Inventory Management: Put away products in a structured manner, maintaining a clean warehouse and accurate inventory within our management system.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Assist customers with loading orders into their vehicles, ensuring accuracy and a positive experience.
- Inventory Accuracy: Conduct routine inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain precise stock levels.
- Adaptable Team Player: Be ready to tackle various tasks throughout the day as needed, contributing to the overall team success.
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable transportation to our branch location.
- Physical stamina to stand and move throughout an 8-hour shift, with scheduled breaks.
- A strong team player with the ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks effectively.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, willing to learn and take on new challenges.
- Forklift experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
