Imperial Surveillance is looking to add highly motivated Account Manager/Business Developer to our Arlington Heights office. Primary Responsibilities:
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Find new business opportunities and build a healthy pipeline for future deals.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Work well as part of a bigger sales team but also be able to deliver work independently.
Contact prospective customers using a pre-written script to schedule appointments for the sales team.
Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made during the first call.
Confirm scheduled appointment and reschedule any appointment conflicts.
Post scheduled appointments in a CRM for the sales team.
Follow up with the Sales Manager to find out if the appointment was kept and the outcome.
Qualifications:
Some college and sales experience is preferred. (Not necessary)
Excellent interpersonal skills are required to communicate with customers and employees.
Computer literacy in software such as Microsoft Word/Excel.
Ability to prioritize and self-manage.
Valid drivers license issued by the state in which they reside and proper automobile registration.
Proof of insurance for personal automobile liability.
- Obtain PERC Card once hired

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
