Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Internet Sales Representative. As an Internet Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales online. They must possess strong customer service skills and are enthusiastic, positive, goal minded, and a clear communicator. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and implement internet sales, follow up process, and use the lead management system effectively and efficiently.
- Facilitate the Appointment Log Process to ensure appointments are created, recorded daily, tracked, and use this knowledge to confirm future appointments one day in advance with the customer.
- Handle incoming phone prospects and follow up with internet leads via phone and email until you establish contact.
- Try and secure an appointment to get the customer into the dealership.
- Carry out some of the tasks of a Customer Service Representative as well as a sales consultant.
- Maximize the registration of prospect names, phone numbers, and appointments.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to potential customers
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and update customer information.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- CRM: 1 year (Preferred)
- sales (commission or non-commission): minimum 1 year (Required)
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in an outbound or internet sales role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales
- Knowledge of outside sales techniques and strategies
- Proficient in basic math calculations
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
