WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Coffee Route Manager to join our growing office coffee service team. As a Coffee Route Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and restocking of coffee products, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service, and maintaining relationships with key customers. This is a hands-on, field-based position that requires great organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering a high-quality coffee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Route Management: Plan and execute daily delivery routes to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of coffee product and supplies to client locations. Ensuring proper staffing and helping cover route when needed.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any questions, concerns, or service issues promptly, then communicating resolutions to the customer. Assist in the coordination and resolution of equipment moves or malfunctions.
- Inventory Management: Ensure inventory processes are followed for order entries, invoicing as well as truck inventories each month, focusing on product accuracy and proper UOM for each item.
- Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services, clearly defining customer approach and process to drivers, ensuring customer satisfaction while also driving company growth.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory usage, and any customer feedback or concerns. Report back to the operations team as needed.
- Accounts Receivable: Work with accounting to ensure the timely and prompt payments from our customers. Assist in account communication in any way possible while also helping to determine when the lack of payments become an interruption in service issue.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and company policies, including the safe handling of products and equipment.

SKILL & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a good driving record & Valid Drivers License
- Bachelors Degree or 5 years equivalent work history - preferred
- Have a good knowledge and performance of Microsoft Excel
- Must work well with others
- Must maintain constant and consistent contact with customers and clients
- Must be able to solve challenges that arise from time to time for customers
- Must handle special requests & emergencies professionally
- Must demonstrate leadership attributes for employees being supervised
- Must be willing to work within the scope of the team
- Must be able to think independently
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Constant travel to and from clients in town and out of town
