What You’ll Be Doing
HRIS Management & Data Administration
- Maintain and update employee records in the UKG system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Troubleshoot system issues, providing technical support to HR team members.
- Configure system settings, user access, and security protocols.
- Monitor data quality and implement process improvements for better accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement new system functionalities and enhancements as needed.
- Conduct new hire benefit orientations, guiding employees through enrollment processes.
- Manage open enrollment and assist employees in selecting appropriate coverage levels.
- Process benefit changes, including dependents, life events, and terminations.
- Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of benefit records in the HRIS system.
- Provide ongoing support to employees regarding benefits eligibility, coverage, and claims.
- Generate standard and customized HR reports to support leadership decision-making.
- Analyze benefits utilization and HR data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and potential plan adjustments.
- Develop dashboards and visual reports for leadership insights.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
- Prepare and submit required reports to internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR systems and benefits.
- Provide training to HR team members and employees on using the HRIS platform effectively.
- Develop user guides, FAQs, and other resources for HRIS navigation and benefits information.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on benefits and HRIS strategy development.
- Research new HR technology and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.
- 3 Years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in managing HRIS platforms UKG preferred or (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors), Benefits administration tools
- Experience inData analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or Tableau preferred)
- Tech-savvy with an analytical mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable troubleshooting system and data issues
- Strong customer service orientation to support employees effectively
