What are the responsibilities and job description for the PRODUCT SPECIALIST position at Imperial?
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES INCLUDE :
Data integrity (existing and new items) for systems and PIM
Assign item relationships / proof information prior to set up and before pushing to PIM
Maintain item images in systems and PIM
Maintain item romance copy in PIM and for customers or marketing as needed
Work directly with vendors and internal teams on all aspects of product life cycle
Analyze market and item data and assist category managers with category reviews
Run category data in preparation for reviews and collaborate with CM on strategy
Work with Space Management and team Admin to organize samples and set POGs in innovation center
Manage stagnant inventory and discontinued items to resolution
Work closely with Category Managers in GM and HBW to execute needs to best of their ability
Other duties and tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Strong writing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Pre-Employment Criminal Background Clearance and Drug Screening.
