What You’ll Be Doing
- Value Stream Mapping: Develop and maintain an end-to-end understanding of the company's value stream by creating current and future state maps to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Process Optimization: Analyze processes and data to identify areas for improvement, implementing Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to integrate and improve product and information flow, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
- Performance Metrics: Develop, implement, and maintain metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance, track progress, and drive decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by enabling and facilitating initiatives such as Kaizen events, Lean Six Sigma projects, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Inventory Management: Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure a constant flow of materials and production, aligning with demand and minimizing holding costs
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Lean Expertise: Strong understanding of Lean principles, methodologies, and tools, with demonstrated experience in process optimization and waste reduction.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable plans.
- Leadership Abilities: Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence others without direct authority
