WE NEED YOU!

 

The People Success Specialist will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the company has the right people in the right positions. This role will drive recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and compensation programs, contributing to a high-performance culture. The HR Manager will lead and manage HR initiatives that align with the business goals and support employee engagement and development.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Develop strategies and policies for acquiring new talent and fulfilling hiring needs.
  • Analyze current and future hiring requirements to anticipate staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to fill positions across all levels, particularly office and upper management roles.
  • Source candidates through various channels (online platforms, job fairs, etc.).
  • Manage resume screening, interviews, and selection processes.
  • Create strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and continuously improve the hiring process.
  • Design job descriptions, interview questions, and lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Attend recruitment events and job fairs, representing the company and promoting job opportunities.


Employee Relations & HR Support:

  • Build and maintain positive employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct monthly vehicle inspections, and manage check distribution, inventory, and office supply ordering.
  • Support company check pickups and ensure timely handling of deliveries.
  • Coordinate daily checklists and assist with daily operational tasks, including uniform and badge assignments.


Compliance & Labor Law:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records.
  • Handle workers’ compensation and unemployment claims


Benefits & Compensation Management:


  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Conduct benefits orientations, and resolve employee inquiries related to benefits.
  • Approve time-off requests and handle compensation-related matters. Jeannie and Bryan

Operational & Administrative Support:

  • Manage Connecteam for confirmation sheets, uniform assignments, and other operational tasks.
  • Ensure smooth daily meetings with Operations Leaders and weekly meetings with senior leadership (Vice President and Director of Leadership).
  • Ensure effective use of HR systems, including Applicant Tracking System (ATS), for candidate management and data tracking.


Requirements:

  • Professionalism and Positive Attitude: Maintain a high standard of professionalism and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis: Ability to assess and track HR metrics and improve processes based on data insights.
  • HR Knowledge & Best Practices: A solid understanding of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Problem-Solving and Empathy: Demonstrated ability to actively listen, understand employee needs, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Bilingual (Preferred): Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred to communicate effectively with the predominantly Hispanic workforce.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop long-term strategies for talent acquisition and employee retention.
  • Computer Skills: Comfort with HR software, digital platforms, and administrative tools for efficient task management.
