The Role:
As a Business to Business Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with businesses, organizations, and key stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to promote our suite of insurance and benefits products and services, providing tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new business accounts through targeted outreach and networking efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' insurance and benefits requirements.
- Present and recommend appropriate insurance solutions, including life, disability, health, dental, and vision coverage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
