Position Overview:
As an Insurance Advisor, you’ll take a consultative approach to building relationships with both individual and business clients. You’ll assess their unique insurance needs and provide expert guidance on a wide range of solutions—from life and health coverage to dental, disability, and beyond. You’ll serve as a trusted resource, delivering peace of mind and value through tailored insurance strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients in person to conduct comprehensive needs assessments and provide tailored insurance advice based on their personal, family, or business goals.
- Educate clients on a broad portfolio of insurance products—including life, disability, dental, vision, and health—while guiding them toward informed and confident decisions.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities during consultations and follow-ups, presenting product solutions that align with client needs.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships to encourage client retention, cross-selling, and referrals.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from policy selection to onboarding and ongoing support.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting such as direct sales or account management.
- Demonstrated drive and ambition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to obtain required licensing (rebate and assistance provided) if not already licensed.
- Candidates will need to be able to work in-office, remotely, and in the field, providing flexibility to adapt to various work environments and meet client needs effectively.
