Position Overview:
We are currently hiring self-generating Sales Representatives to serve as Insurance Sales Agents. Your focus will be on establishing and nurturing consultative relationships with businesses, business owners, and individual consumers. Your primary objective will be to provide comprehensive insurance and benefits solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads and cultivate relationships through networking and outreach efforts.
- Conduct in-person meetings with clients to assess their insurance and benefits requirements.
- Offer expert guidance and recommendations on a range of insurance products, including life, disability, dental, vision, health, and more.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting such as direct sales or account management.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and ambition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to obtain required licensing (rebate and assistance provided) if not already licensed.
- Candidates will need to be able to work in-office, remotely, and in the field, providing flexibility to adapt to various work environments and meet client needs effectively.
