What You'll Do
- Manage daily on-site operations for interior construction projects across NYC
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance on the job site while guiding subcontractors and crews
- Maintain accurate daily logs and 2-week lookahead schedules using Procore
- Serve as the on-site ambassador for Imperium, ensuring client, vendor, and inspector expectations are met
- Embrace challenges as opportunities for personal and professional growth
What We're Looking For
- 4–8 years of superintendent experience in interior or retail construction
- A self-starter who can manage job sites with minimal supervision and is eager to develop into a future leader
- Proven ability to interpret drawings and specifications to ensure quality and precision
- Proficiency with Procore and scheduling software
- OSHA 62 hr SST certification is required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
